Before you begin
Applications close Monday, February 15, 2027 at 11:59 p.m. Central.
- Your contact information, mailing address and, if you're under 18, a parent or guardian's phone and email
- Your extracurricular, volunteer, leadership and work experience (hours per week)
- The colleges you've applied to and their status, plus other scholarships you've applied for
- Your high school transcript (unofficial is fine) and a headshot, as PDF, JPEG or PNG files
- Proof of college acceptance, if you have it (optional)
- Names and emails for a teacher and a community, employer or extracurricular recommender
- A response of up to 300 words to one of two prompts, and an optional personal note of up to 250 words
